Delivery Times

AM - Delivery from 9:30am - 12:30pm

PM - Delivery from 2:30pm-5:30pm

ANYTIME - Delivery from 9:30am - 5:30pm

Courier Deliveries will occur between 9:30am and 5:30pm on weekdays. 

 

Same Day Delivery (excludes weekend deliveries - see more info below)

Delivery of orders placed before 3:00pm can occur on the same day to towns listed below:

Shepparton / Mooroopna / Kialla 

Same day deliveries outside of these towns are at our discretion, so please do not hesitate to contact our store should you wish to place an order. 

 

COURIER ORDERS

Courier orders are only available Monday to Friday, not Saturdays or Sundays

Orders placed for towns listed below will be sent via courier. As this is a third party service, we cannot work to AM and PM delivery schedules, but can ensure your order will be delivered between 9:30am and 5:30pm.

Tatura deliveries are now via courier and close at 11:30am - if you require a delivery to Tatura later than 11:30am please contact our store for availability.

Saturday & Sunday Deliveries 

Deliveries over the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) are only available to towns listed below and must be placed prior to 12:00pm on Saturday at the very latest.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Leaving Deliveries

In the event that no one is home at the specified delivery address, our driver will determine whether it is suitable to leave the arrangement or not. If we do not believe it is safe to be left due to visibility, weather or other conditions, we will leave a card for the recipient to organise pick up from our store within trading hours.

In the event your blooms need to be re-delivered, a second delivery charge will be applied.

The more information you can provide us regarding your delivery the better.

Access to Properties

In the event we are unable to gain access to your recipients address because of animals, locked gates and fences or anything else of a similar nature. We will leave a card for the recipient to organise pick up.

Deliveries including Alcohol 

If you have chosen to add a special bottle of something to go with your blooms, we must ensure your delivery is received in person by the recipient and that they are over the age of 18. Deliveries including alcohol will not be left if your recipient is not home or unable to produce proof of age identification.
