AM - Delivery from 9:30am - 12:30pm
PM - Delivery from 2:30pm-5:30pm
ANYTIME - Delivery from 9:30am - 5:30pm
Courier Deliveries will occur between 9:30am and 5:30pm on weekdays and times cannot be guaranteed. Although you are able to select your preferred time online, the below still applied to each zone. Please read carefully.

Mooroopna

Shepparton, Greater Shepparton & Ardmona

Zone 3 - $20
Tatura & Kyabram
11am Cut off for same day delivery.
Kyabram only available Monday - Friday. Tatura available Monday - Saturday. Please note this zone is now only ONCE Daily in afternoon. If you require an earlier delivery please call our store to see if available. 11am Cut off for same day delivery.
Zone 4 - $25
Murchison, Byrneside, Rochester, Merrigum, Gigarre, Tongala
Please note this Zone requires orders to be placed no later than 4pm day prior to delivery and is only available Monday - Friday (excludes Public Holidays). Delivery will be between 9:30am-5:30pm and specific times cannot be guaranteed.
Zone 5 - $25
Numurkah, Nathalia, Waaii

Zone 6 - $25 - $80 minimum spend

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COURIER ORDERS
Courier orders are only available Monday to Friday, not Saturdays or Sundays
Orders sent via courier are a third party service, we cannot work to AM and PM delivery schedules, but can ensure your order will be delivered between 9:30am and 5:30pm.
Leaving Deliveries
In the event that no one is home at the specified delivery address, our driver will determine whether it is suitable to leave the arrangement or not. If we do not believe it is safe to be left due to visibility, weather or other conditions, we will leave a card for the recipient to organise pick up from our store within trading hours.
In the event your blooms need to be re-delivered, a second delivery charge will be applied.
The more information you can provide us regarding your delivery the better.
Access to Properties
In the event we are unable to gain access to your recipients address because of animals, locked gates and fences or anything else of a similar nature. We will leave a card for the recipient to organise pick up.
Deliveries including Alcohol
If you have chosen to add a special bottle of something to go with your blooms, we must ensure your delivery is received in person by the recipient and that they are over the age of 18. Deliveries including alcohol will not be left if your recipient is not home or unable to produce proof of age identification.
